1 — Materials
All the pieces are in 925 Sterling Silver. Its color is not related to a change in material but to the treatment given, which can be golden with a 24 carat gold plating or oxidized.
2 — Warranty
According to Portuguese legislation, all parts have a two-year warranty.
The warranty does not cover the natural oxidation of the Silver or the elimination of the Gold plating, as well as signs of use, the passage of time, or visible marks of misuse.
3 — Repairs
Must be requested via email info@julianabezerra.com indicating the name of the part, following which all instructions for repairing will be provided.
4 — Exchanges
Within a maximum period of 14 days, you can exchange for another piece of equal or greater value, medium Before submitting the invoice and guarantee.
To do so, you must contact the atelier via email info@julianabezerra.com who will respond with the following procedures. Exchanges are only approved for unused parts, inside the respective box and with the corresponding purchase invoice.
From the second exchange, shipping costs will be charged. The article will be sent after payment confirmation.
If you send it by CTT please make sure it is registered.
5 — Stock
Being an Atelier of basically handmade characteristics, we reserve the right, in case of stock shortage, to change the foreseen deadline. In this case we will immediately send you an email indicating a new deadline.
6 — Right of Free Resolution
The deadline for exercising the right of Free Resolution ends 14 days after the purchase of the part Resolution decision must be communicated by email info@julianabezerra.com accompanied by the buyer's data (Name, Address, Item Name and Date of Purchase).
In case of dispute, the consumer may appeal to the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center: centroarbitragemlisboa.pt
7 — Returns
We do not accept returns.
8 — Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit card, MasterCard, American Express and Visa, Pay Pal and MB WAY.
9 — Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Deadline Parts availability takes 2 to 5 business days.
Orders will be sent through the Carrier DPD for Mainland Portugal and Spain and via “CTT Correios de Portugal” for Islands and with Fedex for the Rest of the World , providing for the following deadlines after dispatch:
Portugal Mainland and Islands: 24 to 48 business hours.
EUROPEAN UNION: up to 5 business days.
REST WORLDWIDE: variable, depending on the place of origin of the order.
After a second failed delivery attempt and the order being returned again, it will only be sent again after payment of the shipping costs.
10 — Shipping Fees
PORTUGAL (Mainland and Islands): 5 Euros
EUROPEAN UNION: 15 Euros
REST OF WORLD : 15 Euros
We remind you that international orders may be subject to customs taxes for which we are not responsible.
11 — Certification and Authenticity
Juliana Bezerra's jewelry are made in 925 Silver or 925 Silver with 24 carat Gold plating. They are certified by the INCM Contrastaria contrastaria.pt that it checks the legal touch, that is, permillage of precious metal contained in an alloy, and the application of the contrast next to the responsibility mark, manufacturer or equivalent. The application of the marks is only mandatory on pieces weighing more than 2 grams.
The buyer can always, in case of doubt about the authenticity of the pieces, resort to the services of the Contrastarias for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of the material.
In addition to the online store, the pieces can be viewed and purchased at the brand's atelier, at Rua Gonçalves Zarco 2b, in Lisbon, where they can be inspected by the competent authorities for this purpose.

12 — Prices of Precious Metals
On the website of Banco de Portugal bportugal.pt/taxas-cambio you can access and follow the daily prices of gold, silver, platinum and palladium.
13 — Prices
The brand reserves the right to change the price of jewellery without notice.
